For a typical studio or 1-bedroom flat move, prices generally range from  £400–£700 including VAT. This is a guide price and may vary depending on the volume of belongings, access, distance and other requirements. 

For a typical 2-bedroom property move, prices generally range from  £700–£1,100+  including VAT. This is a guide price and may vary depending on the volume of belongings, access, distance and other requirements. 

For a typical 3-bedroom house move, prices generally range from  £1,000–£1,600+ including VAT. This is a guide price and may vary depending on the volume of belongings, access, distance and other requirements. 

For a typical 4-bedroom or larger home move, prices generally range from £1,800–£3,000+  including VAT. Larger moves may require additional vehicles or more than one day. This is a guide price and may vary depending on the volume of belongings, access, distance and other requirements. 

For single-item moves such as sofas, furniture or appliances, prices generally range from £120 to £250+ including VAT. The final price will depend on the item, collection and delivery locations, access and the number of movers required. 

 Piano removals generally range from £200 to £350 including VAT for local moves. The final price will depend on the type and size of piano, access at both properties, distance and the number of movers required. 

Full home packing services generally range from £500–£1,200+   including VAT, depending on the size of the property and volume of belongings. Our professional packing service can include packing materials, boxes and protective wrapping as required.  Packing services are individually quoted based on the volume of belongings, estimated packing time, number of packers required and packing materials. 

Furniture dismantling and reassembly generally ranges from £80 to £250 including VAT, depending on the items involved and the work required. This can include beds, wardrobes, tables and other suitable furniture as part of your move. 

Secure storage is available for short or long-term requirements, with prices generally ranging from £25 to £40 per week for approximately 35–50 sq ft. Storage costs will depend on the space required and length of stay. 

Long-distance removals start from approximately £950 including VAT. We provide tailored quotations based on the volume of belongings, distance, access requirements and the number of movers and vehicles required.

All prices shown are guide prices and include VAT. Every move is different, so your final quotation will be based on your individual requirements, including the volume of belongings, access at both properties, travelling distance, number of movers and vehicles required, and any packing, dismantling or reassembly required.

Additional charges may apply where there is difficult access, long carrying distances, multiple flights of stairs, waiting time or other requirements that were not known when the quotation was provided. Where reasonably possible, any additional costs will be discussed with you before they are incurred.

For larger or more complex moves, we may recommend a free pre-move survey so that we can assess the property, access and volume of belongings and provide a more accurate quotation.
